In the case of a part cancellation of an exclusive use booking no refund will be given.
Cancellation and amendments by us
In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel or amend your holiday for the dates you have booked. We will either offer you an alternative holiday or if this cannot be arranged we will refund you in full all monies paid to us. We will not be responsible for refunds of any costs incurred with parties other than ourselves. Exceptional circumstances will be deemed to include occasions where there are five or less guests booked on a tour within 30 days of its commencement date.
Price and payment of balances due
Whilst we reserve the right to vary our advertised prices at any time, once your booking is confirmed and the deposit paid, the price shown on your booking confirmation invoice is the fixed price of your holiday. In the event that we reduce our prices subsequent to your booking you will not be entitled to any refund.
The balance of the holiday price must be received by us not less than 12 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If payment is not received in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case our standard cancellation charges will apply.

Nothing in these terms & conditions limits or excludes our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our entire financial liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise (including any liability for the acts or omissions of our employees, agents, consultants, and subcontractors) to you in respect of any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount you paid per person for your holiday. We shall not be liable to you for any: loss of, or damage to, your property caused by your own act or omission; or claim for disappointment; or claim for loss of enjoyment; or loss incurred as a result of Force Majeure; or loss incurred due to the theft of bicycles including the loss of the bikes themselves; or loss incurred due to injury as a result of cycling either on or off road; or loss or injury incurred whilst riding without an approved helmet; or loss related to any business of yours such as lost data, lost profits, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill or other business loss that you may incur as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions; or other special, indirect or consequential losses. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
You undertake to behave in such a manner as in no way to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other guests, property and/or any third party. A breach of this clause shall terminate the contract between us forthwith and we shall have no further contractual obligations. All damages and breakages and any other outstanding liabilities will be charged to you and must be paid before departure.
Medical treatment overseas and the cost of repatriation in the event of an emergency can be very expensive and so it is vital that you are adequately insured. It is a condition of booking that you have appropriate insurance and you are required to confirm on our booking form that you have this cover.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any costs that you or anyone in your party may incur as a result of failing to take out adequate insurance.
Passport, visa and health requirements
We cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline or authority.
Transfers and transport
Transfers may be by our own vehicles or with a third party provider with whom we might make arrangements from time to time. It may be necessary sometimes to combine guests arriving or departing on different flights which may require additional waiting time at the airport, typically this should be a maximum of 90 minutes.
On departure we will allow adequate time to transport you safely to the airport and in good time. We will not be liable for any loss if you are not a position to leave the resort at the time we specify. However, very occasionally unforeseeable and exceptional circumstances may delay the transfer. We will not be liable for any loss incurred by you as a result but instead the loss should be taken up with your holiday insurers.
Arrival & departure
Bedrooms will be available from 15:00 on arrival day and need to be vacated by 10:00 on departure day in order to allow sufficient time for cleaning and linen changes. We understand that you may wish to arrive early and depart as late as possible in order to maximise your holiday time. This inevitably means that two sets of guests could be in the premises at the same time and we ask that you be considerate and respect the privacy of other guests.
Cycling, tours & trips
We may suggest cycle routes on the public highway for you to follow by the issue of maps or GPS downloads. Whilst following these routes it is your responsibility to obey the rules of the road at all times and to ride in a safe manner with due regard for other road users.
The routes we provide whether in printed or digital form enable you to follow the correct course. We will support you in this endeavour but you are reminded that you are responsible at all times for your own actions whilst cycling on the public highway. We will not offer coaching or tuition services.
When taking part in any of our tours or trips it is necessary that you abide by the authority of the leader who represents the Company and whose decision is final. Completing our booking form signifies your agreement to this.
If you commit any illegal act when on a tour or trip or if in the reasonable opinion of the leader your behaviour is causing or likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others we may terminate your travel arrangements without any liability on our part.
Every care has been taken to plan routes and accommodation. However, local conditions such as road works, adverse weather or local events may require us to change the itinerary at short notice. In addition the condition and/or wishes of the participants may lead to an alteration of the route. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or accommodation as required and without liability.
We will do our best to allow you to ride at a speed with which you are comfortable. However, we reserve the right to request you to transfer to our support minibus if, in the opinion of the leader, the progress of the group as a whole is compromised.
We cannot guarantee the composition of the group in terms of age, nationality, gender, singles or couples.
Where we provide advice on clothing, weather, equipment etc as part of your holiday, this is done in good faith and as such we are not liable if the information is not accurate.
A part of your holiday package includes a rescue service for guests who for some reason cannot make it back to Morzine by bike under their own steam. This could be as a consequence of physical exhaustion, mechanical failure or other legitimate cause. Any obvious abuse of this service will incur a charge equivalent to the taxi fare for such repatriation. Our rescue service only applies to road bikes and also will not be from any off-road location.
In the interests of providing our guests with an enjoyable holiday experience we consider that there should be at least six participants on any given tour. If this number is not reached within 30 days of the commencement of the tour we reserve the right to cancel it. Please refer to the ‘Cancellation and amendments by us’ section above.
Bikes, bike hire & GPS device rental
If you bring your own bike you will be responsible for its assembly, maintenance and overall roadworthiness at all times. We will not accept any liability if you request us to make any repair or changes to your bike.
All rental bikes will be checked over prior to your hire and set up to your requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure this set up is acceptable before commencing riding. Mountain roads can place extra demands on the bike, in particular on the brakes and brake blocks. It is your responsibility to ensure that the bike is in good order throughout the hire period. In case of the need to make repairs you must take the bike to our representative for remedial action. Rental bikes are only to be used on the public highway.
Whilst the rental price will include insurance for minor damage, you will be responsible for any loss or damage in excess of £100. In the case of loss through theft you must report the incident to the police within 24 hours and obtain a formal report. You will be liable for the full replacement cost of the bike concerned on an as new basis.
If we are unable to supply the specific bike that you have pre booked, a bike of a different brand but similar standard and specification may be offered instead.
In the case of loss or damage to any of our GPS devices you will be liable for the full repair or replacement cost on an as new basis.
We operate a no smoking policy inside our accommodation and all our vehicles. If you wish to smoke please do so outside in consideration for other guests.
If you have any complaints you must inform a member of our staff at the earliest opportunity. We will attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible to your satisfaction. If at the end of your holiday you feel that your complaint has not been properly addressed you must notify us in writing within 28 days of your scheduled date of return.
