An exclusive tour of exquisite future classic climbs. Ride them before the Tour de France does!
Available exclusively as a private tour in 2018, this is a 7 night / 8 day supported point-to-point tour, starting and finishing in Morzine. You’ve probably already conquered many of cycling’s iconic climbs and are looking for some new challenges. We have sought out a refined selection of outstanding climbs away from the crowds of the usual Alpine itineraries, to let you experience the solitude and splendour of this wild mountainous terrain.
We have a maximum of 14 guest places on this tour, with a support team of two riders, two vehicles and a mechanic. Half-board accommodation is included throughout in exceptional cycle-friendly hotels with a delicious 3 or 4 course meal every evening and a substantial breakfast every morning (always with plenty of carbs). We will also provide your transfers from Geneva airport – just get to Geneva, and we’ll do the rest.
The incredible Montvernier hairpins are now on the cycling map following their inclusion in the 2015 Tour de France; we present you seventeen more magnificent climbs of which only a handful have ever featured in the Grand Boucle.
The Future Classic Cols Tour is a serious challenge with daily ascents of 3,000m and 100+km of riding. Most of the climbs involve long and often steep sections so a good level of fitness is a prerequisite. This tour will appeal to strong club riders who possess a solid base of endurance riding.
On tour, our minibuses continually leap-frog the group with chilled water, High 5 energy gels & bars, fresh & dried fruit, Haribos, spare kit etc., and are on hand to assist with mechanical issues should they occur. We manage the group so that everyone can ride at the pace that they are comfortable with, and will regroup regularly, and always at the top of a col.
We are not here to beast you, but rather to encourage you, and share in the challenge and triumph of the conquest. We dine together every evening to celebrate the latest victories and share the stories of the day, and maintain a high staff to guest ratio to ensure your needs are always well catered for.

Future Classic Cols Tour
A scenic, relaxing and stretching tour in the French Alps. The rides were great, taking in memorable and scenic climbs. Each day had a different feel due to the nature of the different cols, the lunch stops and the overnight stays. The routes were well researched and discribed on daily sheets that were printed on water resistant paper (nice touch). The varying abilities of the guests were well accommodated without fuss.
Compact gearing and 11-28 (at least) definitely recommended!

Excellent
Future Classic Cols Tour
The holiday was what I expected, hard at times but great fun. The guides; Dani and Adam were helpful and good fun. Paul was helpful and enthusiastic and has turned his sport and pastime into a great business. He has passion for what he does and loves showing people the mountains and vallies of the Alps. The route was fantastic with great views. The hotels were nice and the food excellent. Like Arnie I will be back.

Great routes without a lot of flat transportation km's. Great variety of climbs without huge crowds.
Future Classic Cols Tour
It was simply epic in every way! despite the cols being spectacular with great views there was little to no traffic! The van and car support was amazing giving you food and water whenever you need it, food stops were located to perfection! hotels were amazing, I could not rate it higher!
Future Classic Cols Tour
A fantastic route taking in places I may never have discovered myself. Support from the van always seemed to come just when I needed it. In particular on one very hot day with no shade on the ascent a chilled towel thrown over my shoulders was exactly what I needed without knowing it - great experience, intuition and customer focus.
I wasn't often in the small pack on the ascents but I never felt pressured on any of the climbs and I managed and enjoyed them all, event the (not so) little optional extras that we had most days.
Future Classic Cols Tour
A fantastic week , great selection of Cols & routes . Adam who rode with us was attentive & supportive & was very clever at moving up and down though the group to check everyone was fine . Paul the boss is a master of detail - the only thing you have to focus on is turning the pedals.
